
Dr. Anthony G. Payne literally wrote the book on Umbilical Cord Stem Cell Therapy, which is to say he co-authored the first lay level book on the subject probably in the English-speaking world (Basic Publications). He is currently resident biological theoretician and senior science writer at the Weller Health Institute & Laboratory and also patient educator-liaison for the Nepsis Institute.
